This award is presented to top volunteers from organizations that sought to show how much they value its volunteers. Without the commitment and support of these individuals the activities that help grow our communities would not be as successful.

TSS chooses a volunteer from each state; this year for 2009, TSS Photography has chosen our Scoutmaster, Dr. John White as North Carolina’s Volunteer of the Year! On Monday, September 14th, TSS presented Dr. White with this very special award at the BSA Scout Office in Asheville. Along with this presentation, Dr. White received a $150 portrait package, a commemorative award plaque and an ice cream gift certificate to Baskin-Robbins. In addition, TSS Photography presented a $500 donation, in his name, to Boy Scout Troop 73!
