Hi Everyone,
This Saturday, October 22, the Lutheran Church of the Nativity is having an outdoor workday, beginning at 8:30 am and ending at noon. Scouts should attend with a parent.
Any time you can donate this weekend will count for service hours for rank advancement. This project helps both the church and it helps build the Troop’s relationship with the Church. People can come and go when they want. Some people come later than 8:30 and it’s OK to leave if you have other obligations.
A 30 cubic yard dumpster for yard waste will be on hand. We’ll be helping the Church clean up the back corner of the property where yard debris from the year has been put. We’ll also be doing some early leaf gathering and general grounds clean up. The next workday will be in November (date TBD) for final leaf clean-up.
If you have them, bring blowers, rakes, clippers.
